We are looking for talented customer service representatives that will thrive in the fastest growing wheel and tire company in the industry.

The position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making and receiving dozens of phone calls per day, working with existing customers, generating interest, prospecting and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Strong phone presence to help customers with ordering, technical information and providing an overall positive experience. Additionally, excellent follow-up skills through outbound calls or emails.
• Follow up with existing customers with regards to new products, sizes and policies.
• Understand the customer needs and requirements.
• Source new leads through inbound lead follow-up and when time permits place outbound cold calls and emails.
• Research accounts and identify potential prospects to generate interest.
• Team with members of the sales and operations department to build pipelines and close deals.
