Now Hiring: Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our new channel development initiative.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing targeted traditional distributor partner lists, prioritizing sales steps to reach revenue growth. 
• Calling on potential accounts, establishing relationships.  You are expected to be able to start the contact on day one of your job! 
• Building a sales and service team to meet channel growth target.
• Advising leadership on channel growth strategy and key target account development. 
• Attending industry events, presenting on behalf of the company and our brands, visiting / cold calling target accounts. 
• Your performance KPI will be measuring on the businesses you can successfully bring in. 

 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years sales experience in the automotive aftermarket. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of the automotive aftermarket traditional distribution channel.  Prior experience at WDs or manufacturing brands are highly desirable. 
• Established relationship with leading US warehouse distributors a big plus. You are expected to join us with a list of people you can call. 
• Fluent of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with a confident, persuasive style. 
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset and “get it done” energy

 Location & Work Setup:

• Irvine, CA – onsite highly preferred (Remote options available for the right candidate)
• Some travel (up to 50%, occasional overnights) required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S without limitations.

• Competitive compensation $80,000 - $120,000/year (DOE)
