The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client needs are met and understood by each department in the company. Duties include handling client complaints, finding solutions to issues, and maintaining the business relationship.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Serves as the lead point of contact for all client communications.
- Review sales contracts and agreements.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure the needs of the client are met.
- Identify market potential, as well as observation and analysis of current market trends and competition.
- Address and resolve client complaints, issues, or concerns.
- Create a target customer strategy.
- Monitor customer orders, and review ship dates, chargebacks, credits, and or returns.
- Provides forecasting; makes recommendations for orders

TRAINING and EXPERIENCE
- College degree preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (any specific physical attributes or limiting factors to be accounted for):
The majority of work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards; time is spent working on a computer. Walking and standing for an extended period of time is required.
