Experience/Skills:
Previously managed a team larger than 10 inside sales people.
EXTREMELY fluent in the use, functions, and importance of a CRM (we use Zoho).
Thorough understanding of today's ecommerce trends and requirements. (Phone, Email, Chat, Social Media)
Ability to develop people while teaching sales skills to enhance the customer experience.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent position that exceed goals and reached major accomplishments.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities that demonstrate expectations to team members.
Outstanding communication and people skills to lead by example.
Can work in the "weeds" to show best practices as well as outside of them to strategize and plan.
The ability to create, implement, and maintain processes set forth by Owners/Directors.
An enthusiast of the aftermarket performance vehicle parts world that WANTS to be involved.
Be able to motivate, coach, and improve daily.
As a Sales Manager for Vivid Racing, you will be tasked with organizing and overseeing the daily sales processes of your team. This includes:
Work with the entire retail team on setting goals and expectations.
Provide consistent training and education to improve salesmanship while offering a great shopping experience to customers.
Utilize the tools such as the CRM, Order Management, Phone System to help with team member development while acquiring customer data for remarketing.
Provide continual review, analysis, and implementation of SOPs to ensure a well functioning machine.
Interacting with the Purchasing and Marketing Departments to provide sales team assets needed to push certain products or brands.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key niches of the industry.
Prepare necessary reporting to Management on sales initiatives.
Grow EBITDA to company target
Driving home a culture that builds a TEAM.
Education:
Bachelors is preferred. Masters is a bonus.

Pay and Performance:
Base Salary $75,000-$85,000 DOE plus bonus structure of $20,000-$40,000 per year.
