We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to help us continue growing at a rapid pace and to capitalize on market opportunities.
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing the entire sales process and associated goals. You will interact with employees at all levels of the company and must be able to communicate well and create an environment that values testing and learning. The Inside Sales Manager must be able to motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service goals and to mentor personal growth. AccuTune Off-Road is a very technical company and the ideal candidate is well versed in the off-road industry, specifically when it comes to suspension and popular off-road platforms. Technical knowledge is required to administer the Sales Process and manage employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage sales team, set roles, distribute work, provide mentoring & training, complete performance reviews.
Set and track sales targets for your team. Report goals and progress to coworkers.
Continuously improve employee training and customer service to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Answer emails and phone calls, create Estimates & Sales Orders. Handle customer service issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Attend shows and off-road events (estimate 5 per year).
Coordinate with senior managers on long term sales goals, develop business strategies, new product ideas, and evaluate trends.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve goals.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager. Minimum 3 years.
Experience in the off-road industry, knowledge of industry leaders and market trends.
Off-road enthusiast with hands on experience installing and using the products we sell. Has a solid understanding of suspension fundamentals and a willingness and ability to learn the details.
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales.
Exceptional time management to be productive in a fast pace environment.
Experienced with common ERP systems, g-suite software, MS office software, creating reports and evaluating data to guide decision making.

Bonus: $10k target, depends on performance
