Our growing wheel company requires the talents of several salespersons to direct sales in defined regional markets of the U.S. Candidates must be able to maintain relationships with new and existing clients and provide them with timely and efficient communication regarding sales, marketing and delivery of wheels and accessories.
Executes the company’s sales operational strategies to achieve business objectives through developing, maintaining and growing sales accounts.
Develops and manages sales to the assigned region in a professional and courteous manner.
Assists with complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations and helps secure new and existing business within the region.
Directly manages customer accounts.
Partners with marketing to develop lead generation and revenue generation to create high performing sales accounts.
Assists customers in determining proper stocking levels of merchandise, takes special orders, answers question and communicates policies on product.
Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members.
Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
Maintains close contact with home office on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Utilizes sales technology including client relationship management (CRM) tools to assure proper account management.
Documents and enforces sales policies, standard operating procedures and best practices.
Performs other sales related activities as directed by the company.
Education: A Degree in Business or Marketing. May substitute appropriate years of experience.
Experience 3-5 years of experience in an automotive sales role.
Automotive enthusiast is a must.
