Expand and maintain our Product Catalog by analyzing new & current content for accuracy and completeness using e-catalog and quality tools. Should manage & develop the best catalog possible based on industry vehicle data, competitor data, and OEM data available so that our company is first to market. Should be an expert with industry AutoCare standards ACES and PIES.

Create catalog maintenance files of all parts and cross reference interchanges to a competitor, customer, and OEM.
Analyze catalog application discrepancies provided by all users of the eCatalog system. Take action by implementing modifications to existing content or add new content to address reported discrepancies.
Communicate to the management team of the discrepancies and the actions taken to address and correct the issues.
Develop and enhance value-add content in support of products within the e-Catalog database. Value add content consists of digital assets, marketing copies, features, and benefits information, product level specifications, cross-references, keyword search alias content, and any other value adds notes.
Interact with vendors to validate and acquire industry data on new parts coming out and maintaining this data to compare and modify the existing maintenance file.
Study current sales trends to figure out whether similar applications should be developed.
Use vehicle data available at hand to work on coming out with new part numbers.
Study competitor new parts and research to add to catalog or add similar applications.
Work with purchasing department to track new product development.
Create new announcements that are sent to all customers and sales teams.
Maintain our ACES and PIES files.
Maintain our digital images of all our parts.
Create category reports quarterly and present to management teams actions to take to further develop the category.
Study new categories to potentially get involved in.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience.
Understand the AutoCare association's ACES and PIES standards required.
Minimum of 3-5 years creating and maintaining automotive catalogs.
Strong automotive product knowledge.
Thorough understanding of computers (Excel, Google Sheets, WORD, etc..)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills for all team members to visualize.
