Stillen is seeking a Product Data Specialist. This position is located in Costa Mesa, CA.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of parts data on internal data base
Ensuring data flow through proprietary information management system
Mapping and normalizing data received from vendors and internal sources ensuring data is consistent accurate
Understanding and resolving data composition errors
Set up and maintenance for processes used to publish data from application databases and vendors
Communicating with outside data management group on IT issues and ensuring workflow efficiency.

AA Degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Great Plains, Sales Pad, J & P software
Advanced level skills in Excel
Experience creating content focused on marketing
Analytical skills to understand data models and complex structures
Support changes or modifications
2 years experience creating content in a professional environment
Strong interpersonal skills (Communication, motivation, team working)
Familiarity with SEMA Co-Op (SDC) data formatting a plus.
Ability to follow specific and detailed instructions
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously
Methodical and organized
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily attained
Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
Commercially aware/Interest in Truck, Off-Road or Automotive aftermarket; familiarity with Automotive shows, races and events is a plus.
